1. Agreement
Jenesis Forge Studio (“Service”) is operated as a Jenesis Peaks Production. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Your Content
“Content” means any scripts, manuscripts, notes, outlines, and other materials you create or store in Jenesis Forge Studio.
- You retain all ownership rights to your Content.
- You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your Content solely to provide and improve the Service.
- We do not claim ownership of your creative work, and we will not sell your Content.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful or abusive purpose.
- Upload content that infringes the rights of others.
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
5. Plans, Billing & Subscriptions
Jenesis Forge Studio may offer free and paid plans (including Pro and Studio tiers). Paid plans are billed through third-party payment processors such as Stripe.
- By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription through the Stripe customer portal or by contacting us using the email below.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
- Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
- If you cancel, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us promptly at info@jenesisforge.co.
7. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
- The Jenesis Forge Studio brand, logos, interface, and underlying technology are owned or licensed by Jenesis Peaks and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the Service.
9. Service Changes
We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We may also suspend or discontinue the Service. We will try to provide reasonable notice where practical.
10. Termination
- You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel any active subscriptions as described above.
- We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us or others.
11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent allowed, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state or jurisdiction in which Jenesis Peaks is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Effective date” above. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
